You may not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to extract data from PanPanParts. You may not reproduce, redistribute or sell any data obtained from this platform.
By listing a part or aircraft on PanPanParts, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized agent, and that all documentation provided is genuine. PanPanParts reserves the right to remove any listing without notice.
AI verification is provided as a tool to assist buyers and sellers. It does not constitute an airworthiness approval or legal certification. Always verify documentation independently before completing a transaction.
PanPanParts is a marketplace platform. We are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We accept no liability for the accuracy of listings, the condition of parts, or the outcome of any transaction.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
